Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Purohit Construction has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 23rd June, 2026 has approved incorporation of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in India in the name and style of ‘PEB PCL INFRACON LLP’ or such other name as may be approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (CRC). The Company shall contribute ?51,000/- representing 51% of the capital contribution and shall be entitled to 51% share in profits and losses of the proposed LLP. The Company shall participate in the LLP through its nominee Saumil Narendrabhai Purohit (DIN: 01861110). The details required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure-A. The meeting of the Board commenced at 3:00 pm and concluded at 3.50 pm.
