Godavari Drugs has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2026 by the Company to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly all Connected/ Designated Persons and their relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
