Hotel Leelaventure has signed a Management Contract on October 18, 2013 with Colonizers and Developers which is constructing a 175 room hotel at Lucknow in state of Uttar Pradesh. The construction of the hotel would take about three years from the date of receiving all necessary approvals. The board of directors at its meeting held on November 12, 2013 has approved for the same.
Hotel Leelaventure operates hotels and resorts in India. It also operates spas; and offers facilities for meetings and events, weddings, and social celebrations. The company’s portfolio includes luxury hotels and resorts primarily in Mumbai, Bangalore, Goa, Kovalam, Gurgaon, and Udaipur.
