NTPC Green Energy has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, for the ‘Designated Persons’ of the Company and their immediate relatives as covered under the Code. The date of the Board Meeting in which the financial results will be considered shall be intimated in due course.
