Hindustan Copper has secured Forest Clearance Co-terminus for its Chandmari copper mine lease period in District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. The Forest Department, Government of Rajasthan, has granted the said approval via its letter dated June 19, 2026 (which received by the company on June 23, 2026).

Hindustan Copper’s principal activities include mining of copper ore, concentration of copper ore into copper concentrate through a beneficiation process and also smelting, refining and extruding of the copper concentrate into refined copper in downstream saleable products.
