Pursuant to the Code of conduct of the Company and as per the amended provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Bal Pharma has informed that the trading window for dealing with the securities of the Company on the designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 1st July 2026 and up to 48 hours of the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30/06/2026. The date of the Board meeting for declaration of the unaudited financial results will be intimated to the exchange in due course.
