Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, Radhe Developers India has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company, by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed with effect from July 01, 2026. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2026, become generally available i.e. declaration of these Results to the Stock Exchange. All the Directors, KMP’s, Designated Employees, Connected Persons, Fiduciaries and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the securities of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of Board Meeting for approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026 and other matters, if any will be intimated in due course of time.
