Munjal Showa has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives, adopted by the Company, the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Wednesday, July 01, 2026 till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The aforesaid intimation of closure of Trading Window was also notified to all Designated Persons through e-mail.
