NSE/CML/2019/11 and LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 both dated 2nd April, 2019 issued by the National Stock Exchange of India and Bombay Stock Exchange respectively, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2026 until expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
