Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Kuantum Papers has informed that the Company will temporarily shut down the Paper Machine-3 (PM-3) located at Plant of the Company at Saila Khurd, Punjab for approximately one month, for upgradation & modernization programme undertaken by the Company. The company has informed that other Paper Machines and Plant shall work as usual during this period. The company will Stock Exchanges informed as soon as the operations at the Paper Machine-3 resume after upgradation and modernization.
