Loyal Textile Mills has informed that as per the Company’s code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons, insider and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 1st July, 2026 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the first quarter ending 30th June, 2026. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the financial results would be intimated in due course. Further the trading window closure period has been intimated to all the Designated persons, insider, and their immediate relatives on 27/06/2026.
