Garware Marine Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2026 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons. The Trading Window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours of conclusion of the Board meeting, in which the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended, 30% June, 2026 shall be approved. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
