CESC’s subsidiary -- Purvah Green Power has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company named Purvah Energy Ventures (PEVPL) to explore opportunities in the renewable power sector. PEVPL has received the Certificate of Incorporation on June 29, 2026 from the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
CESC is engaged in power generation and distribution in state of West Bengal. The company is a fully integrated power utility with its operation spanning the entire value chain right from mining coal, generating power and distribution of power.
