Ceigall India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Ceigall Morena Solar BESS Park has executed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Rewa Ultra Mega Solar on June 29, 2026, for contract capacities of 220 MW at Morena Solar Park, Morena, Madhya Pradesh. The project is Tariff Based having Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) components. Project value is around Rs 1,700 crore (including GST).
