Accordingly, all Insiders, Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 shall be intimated separately.
