Pondy Oxides & Chemicals’ (POCL) promoter Manju Bansal has divested 2.94% stake in the company through an open market transaction worth Rs 114.32 crore. Manju Bansal has sold 9 lakh shares of the company. The shares were offloaded at an average price of Rs 1,270.27 apiece.
Meanwhile, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has acquired 4.72 lakh shares, representing 1.54% of total shareholding, of the company for Rs 59.94 crore. The shares were acquired at an average price of Rs 1,270 apiece.
POCL is a diversified company with its presence in the metals, metallic oxides, PVC stabilizers and lead acid batteries.
