Indo Borax & Chemicals has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Indo Borax & Chemicals vide Circular Resolution passed on 30th June, 2026, has approved the grant of 16,88,950 (Sixteen Lakh Eighty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty) options to eligible employees under Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited Employees Stock Option Plan, 2026 (ESOP 2026), at an exercise price of Re 1 each. The details required to be furnished under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 (Master Circular) has been attached as an Annexure-1.
