GRE Renew Enertech has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Solarium Green Energy for execution of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works on a turnkey basis for development of an around 50 MW AC / 65 MW DC Ground Mounted Solar PV Project, including associated civil, structural, electrical and allied infrastructure works, together with Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services for a period of 3 years, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the LoA.
The aggregate contract value is Rs 175 crore (exclusive of applicable taxes), comprising Rs 170 crore towards the EPC contract for execution of the Solar PV Project and Rs 5 crore towards operation & maintenance (O&M) services for a period of 3 years, payable in accordance with the terms of the LoA.
