Afcons Infrastructure has informed pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the Company has received favourable Arbitration Award amounting to INR 148.67 Crores pertains to claims arising out of a Tunnel Project. Details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated January 30, 2026, in relation to the above, is enclosed as Annexure - A.
