Tokyo Plast International has received approval for incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The incorporation of this subsidiary will allow the company to dedicatedly focus on the retail distribution of its stainless steel and plastic drinkware products, ensuring a more agile and customer-focused approach.
The proposed wholly owned subsidiary company to be incorporated in India shall carry out the business of trading, retail, and distribution of the company's product lines. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on June 30, 2026, has approved the same.
Tokyo Plast International is engaged in the manufacture of Thermo Food Containers and Coolers.
