Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy, Stallion India Fluorochemicals has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The above has been communicated to all the Directors, Designated Persons and other concerned employees of the Company. Further, the date of the Board Meeting of the Company for considering and approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
