Copy of Order issued by the Ministry, Joining Report and brief profile of Misra are enclosed. As per confirmation received from Anupam Misra, the Company has informed that Misra is not related to any of the Members of the Board of Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company or their relatives and he is also not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
