In continuation to earlier letter dated June 17, 2026 regarding receipt of certified copy of Order by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench (‘NCLT’/’Tribunal’) on the scheme of amalgamation amongst NIIT Institute of Finance Banking and Insurance Training (‘Amalgamating Company 1’) and RPS Consulting (‘Amalgamating Company 2’) (collectively, the ‘Amalgamating Companies’), with and into NIIT (‘Amalgamated Company’ or ‘Company’) and their respective Shareholders (‘Scheme’), NIIT has informed that pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 & and in terms of the approval of Board of Directors of Amalgamating Companies and Amalgamated Company, Form No. INC-28 has been filed by all the three companies with the Registrar of Companies, Haryana, on July 01, 2026, and accordingly, the Scheme has become effective from July 01, 2026.
