Maruti Suzuki India reports 19% rise in total sales in June

Maruti Suzuki India has reported 19.28% rise in total sales (Domestic + Export) to 2,00,390 units in June 2026 as compared to sales of 1,67,993 units in June 2025. Total domestic vehicle sales, including light commercial vehicle (LCV), grew 23.74% to 1,50,150 units in June 2026 as compared to 1,21,339 units in the same month last year. 

Within this, sales of mini-segment cars (Alto and S-Presso) increased by 77.99% to 11,416 units in June 2026, compared with 6,414 units in the corresponding month of the previous year. Sales of the company’s compact and Mid-Size cars, including Baleno, Celerio, Ciaz, Dzire, Ignis, Swift, and WagonR, grew 15.60% to 63,815 units in June 2026, from 55,205 units in June 2025.

Further, sales of utility vehicles, including the Brezza, Ertiga, e Vitara, Fronx, Grand Vitara, Invicto, Jimny, Victoris, and XL6, increased 28.74% to 61,726 units in June 2026, from 47,947 units a year ago. The Eeco van sales stood at 10,230 units in June 2026, compared with 9,340 units in June 2025, reflecting a growth of 9.53%. In addition, sales of the LCV - Super Carry - rose 21.78% to 2,963 units in June 2026 from 2,433 units in the same month last year. 

Moreover, the company’s exports in June 2026 stood at 42,768 units, compared with 37,842 units in June 2025, registering a growth of 13.02%. However, sales to other OEM fell 15.21% to 7,472 units in June 2026 as compared to 8,812 units June 2025. 

Maruti Suzuki India is an automobile manufacturer in India. It provides passenger cars, utility vehicles and vans. The firm also offers pre-owned car sales, fleet management and car financing services.
