Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III thereto, NACDAC Infrastructure has informed that the company has received a prestigious domestic contract via a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the work of ‘Improvement of circulating area, Facade, Parking and platform and Construction of Electrical Sub Station and Parcel Office along With Approach Road at Roorkee station’ from Northern Railway, Moradabad Division. The total accepted contract value stands at Rs. 6,21,80,860.95, inclusive of GST @18%. Further, the detailed disclosure required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure-A.
