The company has informed that all the resolutions in the Notice of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting have been passed by the shareholders with requisite majority. Further pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rules and amendments made thereto, enclosed the consolidated report of the Scrutinizer on remote e-voting at the EGM.
