GK Energy has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule III thereof, the GK Energy has received an allotment of 10 MW of Rooftop Solar Projects which includes proposed installation at 1150 locations. The total value of the order is Rs 48.02 Crores (inclusive of GST) which is to be executed within 90 days. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
