Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026, and based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, Shree Renuka Sugars has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed by circulation on 2nd July 2026 has approved the appointment of Kwek Ju-Yang Mark (DIN: 08477541) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) on the Board of Directors of the Company effective from 2nd July 2026. He shall hold office till the date of next General Meeting of the Company to be held within three (3) months from the date of appointment. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors, while considering the appointment of Kwek Ju-Yang Mark have noted that Kwek is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI order or any other authority.
