Chiraharit touches roof on bagging Rs 4.49 crore order from VSL Green Power

Chiraharit is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 8.90, up by 0.42 points or 4.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 8.48 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 8.82 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 8.90 and Rs. 8.48 respectively. So far 48000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'MT' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 16.80 on 08-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 5.01 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 8.90 and Rs. 8.23 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 48.77 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.00%, while Non-Institutions held 27.00% stake in the company.

Chiraharit has received a purchase order from VSL Green Power for the supply and services for solar cell and solar module manufacturing facility. The total value of the order is Rs 4.49 crore (excluding GST).

Earlier, the company had received a purchase order worth around Rs 1.49 crore from Solarworld Energy Solutions for supply and service of Module Cleaning System. 

Chiraharit is engaged into turnkey EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects focusing on three broad segment viz Water-based, Renewable Energy-based and Civil Projects.
