With refer to email dated 2nd July 2026 regarding significant movement observed in price of Company’s security at Stock Exchange, and seeking clarification on the same, Optimus Finance has informed that the Company has made all the necessary disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in a timely and transparent manner and that they have not withheld any material information or event/s which, in its opinion, would have bearing on the operation/performance of the company which include all price sensitive information. Further, they confirmed that they do not have any information including any pending announcements which may have any bearing on the price behaviour in its scrip. The movement in the Company's share price is entirely driven by market conditions, over which the Company has no control.
