Associates Asia Pacific Private Ltd, Coimbatore, the purchaser, non-related party; Velan Hotels has informed that after rectification of mistakes in the Town Survey Land Register (TSLR) of the property, the sale was completed on 02/07/2026 for sale consideration of Rs 37,16,02,048 subject to the deduction of the applicable TDS, received in many tranches.
