Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has submitted the Notice convening the 34th AGM of the shareholders and the electronic copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 which is sent only through electronic mode to the Members, who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Company/ Depositories. The Company has provided the facility to vote by electronic means (remote e-voting as well as e-voting at the AGM) on the resolution as set out in the AGM Notice. The e-voting shall commence on Friday, July 31, 2026 at 09:00 AM (IST) and will end on Sunday, August 02, 2026 at 05.00 PM (IST).
