Century Enka submits intimation of date of AGM

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Century Enka has informed that the 60th Annual General Meeting of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India. In terms of Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations & other applicable law, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed as per details mentioned hereunder for the purpose of payment of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source after approval by the shareholders at the AGM: a) The Register of Members will remain closed from Wednesday, 12th August 2026 to Thursday, August 13, 2026 for the shareholders holding shares in physical form. b) The Company has fixed as Thursday, August 13, 2026 the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members, holding shares in physical as well as demat form, for payment of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. c) To all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per the data as may be made available by the National Securities Depository Limited ('NSDL') and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited ('CDSL'), collectively 'Depositories', and to all members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company or MUFG Intime India Private Limited (‘RTA’), as of the close of business hours on Thursday, August 13, 2026, will be taken for determining eligibility for payment of Dividend. d) The dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the AGM, will be made payable on or after Monday, August 24, 2026.
