Sobha has reported 75.88% jump in total sales value to Rs 3,656.10 crore in Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 2,078.80 crore in Q1FY26. In Q1FY27, its Sales Area stood at 2,335,486 square feet as against 1,444,117 square feet area sold in Q1FY26, a growth of 61.72%. The average price realization stood at Rs 15,655 per square feet in Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 14,395 per square feet in Q1FY26, a rise of 8.75%. Besides, Sobha share of the sales value was at Rs 2,992.10 crore in Q1FY27.
Sobha is one of the fastest growing and foremost backward integrated real estate players in the country. It primarily focuses on residential and contractual projects.
