Further, with reference to its letter dated June 25, 2026 and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed with effect from July 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results by the Company.
