With reference to its letter dated 14th May, 2026 wherein the Company had informed that the 100th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company will be held on Monday, 3rd August, 2026 at 2.30 PM (IST) through Video Conference / Other Audio Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the Listing Regulations, The Indian Hume Pipe Company has submitted the soft copy of Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of the 100th AGM and other Statutory Reports for the Financial Year 2025-26 which is being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent/ Depositories. In addition, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, a letter is also being sent to the Members whose email addresses are not registered, stating the web-link where the Annual Report is uploaded on website.
