National Standard (India) has informed that the Company is prompt in disclosing events reportable under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, to the Stock Exchanges from time to time. The movement in price is not attributable to any event / information emanating from within the Company and therefore, the Company is unable to comment on the same. The Company believes that the movement in price is market driven. Further, at present there is no material relevant information / event having a significant bearing on the operations / performance of the Company, which requires disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
