IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has informed that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 31st Day of July 2026 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026. Pursuant to the ‘Code of Conduct’ to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (DPs) and Immediate Relatives, trading window for insiders covered under the Code is closed since 25th February 2025 till further notice. However, as per the framework for restricting trading by DPs in terms of NSE Circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISDSEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 5, 2022 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, read with Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the DPs have been notified of window closure since 1st July 2026 till 48 hours of publication of financial results.
