Sarita Garware Ramsay (DIN: 00136048), had been serving as a Joint Managing Director of the Company since 2002. Her wisdom, experience, and contributions were deeply valued by the Board and the Company The passing away of Sarita Garware Ramsay (DIN: 00136048), Joint Managing Director, is an irreparable loss to the Company. The Board of Directors and all employees of the Company express their deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family.
