Ajmera Realty & Infra India has divested its entire 36% equity stake in Ultra Tech Property Developers for a consideration of Rs 1.73 crore. The transaction, executed through a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), is concluded on July 10, 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid transaction, Ultra Tech Property Developers has ceased to be an Associate Company of the Company.
