Haldyn Glass’ Associate Company--Haldyn Heinz Fine Glass has executed Share Purchase & Shareholder’s Agreement with Jamnagar Renewables Two along with Continuum Green Energy to acquire 1.39% stake in Jamnagar Renewables Two, for procurement of Renewable Power under Captive generation scheme. The said acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of August 2026 subject to regulatory compliances.
Haldyn Glass is engaged in the mass production of Clear Glass Containers.
