Hariom Pipe Industries’ subsidiary -- M/s Hariom Power and Energy has completed the installation of its 5 MW AC (6 MW DC) Solar PV Power Project located at Rupur Tanda, Aunda Nagnath Taluka, Hingoli, Maharashtra. The project has commenced power generation and is successfully exporting electricity to the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) grid. This step marks a significant step forward in the Group's commitment to renewable energy and sustainable growth.
Further, the company has submitted an application to the Superintending Engineer (O&M), MSEDCL, for issuance of the Project Commissioning Certificate and will subsequently submit declaration of the Commercial Operation Date (COD). The same are currently awaited from MSEDCL and upon receipt of the aforesaid certificate and declaration of COD, the company shall make the necessary intimated to the Stock Exchanges.
