Himatsingka Seide raises Rs 15 crore through NCDs

Himatsingka Seide has raised Rs 15 crore through allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The Securities Committee of the Board of Directors of the company has allotted 300 Tranche 1 Series E Unlisted, Senior, Secured, Unrated, Redeemable, Taxable Transferable NCDs, each having a face value of Rs 5 lakh, on a private placement basis. The NCDs have a tenure of 42 months from the deemed date of allotment (July 13, 2026) and carry a coupon rate of 11.50% per annum, payable quarterly. 

Himatsingka Seide is an integrated global textile major that designs, develops, manufactures, distributes and retails a suite of textile products.
