Capacit'e Infraprojects has secured a work order with a total contract value of around Rs 482 crore, excluding taxes, from Twenty-Five Downtown Realty. This order is for the construction of a Civil Works and Civil Finishes for Tower T5, comprising basements, podiums, clubhouse, service floors, upper floors, penthouses and terrace level at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, under the Super High-Rise category.
