Further as spelt out in Circular No. List/Comp/14/2018-19/ dated 20 June 2018, it is hereby affirmed that Arun K Vijayan IAS is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any Order from SEBI or any other such authority. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with relevant Circulars is enclosed as Annexure 1.
