Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Insiders’ the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the Company's securities by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives shall continue to remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after filing of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 with the Stock Exchanges.
