GMR Airports reports marginal decline in passenger traffic in June

GMR Airports has reported a marginally year-on-year (Y-o-Y) decline in passenger traffic (excluding Cebu) to 97,62,026 in June 2026. Delhi Airport handled 65,79,442 passengers, marking a 6.8% Y-o-Y increase, while Hyderabad Airport recorded 22,87,933 passengers, reflecting a 12.9% Y-o-Y decline. Goa's MOPA Airport registered 3,42,900 passengers, down 17.6% Y-o-Y during the month. Meanwhile, Medan (Indonesia) Airport handled 5,51,751 passengers in June 2026, down 6.2% Y-o-Y. Cebu (Philippines) Airport handled 8,59,596 passengers, registering a 7.2% Y-o-Y decline.

For June 2026, aircraft movements (excluding Cebu) declined 2.4% Y-o-Y to 59,758. Of the total, Delhi Airport witnessed 38,145 aircraft movements, while Hyderabad saw 15,129 aircraft movements. Goa's MOPA reported 2,268 aircraft movements, while Medan (Indonesia) recorded 4,216 aircraft movements. Cebu (Philippines) Airport witnessed 6,880 aircraft movements.
