The MoU aims to build, operate and transfer 119 Constituency Development & Sustainability Bridge Foundations which shall function as independent non-profit section 8 (Companies Act) organizations dedicated to constituency development and sustainability for enabling cross-sector collaboration through an innovative PPP model, at no cost to the Government, powered by the company’s CDX Platform and AI Social Tech Professionals.
