The necessary steps will be undertaken by the Company in compliance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI LODR Regulations. The Intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 31A(8)(a) of SEBI LODR Regulations. The request letters received from the Members of the Promoter Group are enclosed. The request for reclassification will be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company in their next Board Meeting.
