Desco Infratech has informed that the company has been granted an Electrical Contractor's Licence by the Government of Gujarat, Energy & Petrochemicals Dept. The licence authorizes the Company to undertake and execute electrical installation works in the State of Gujarat, subject to the terms and conditions specified under the applicable laws and regulations. The licence is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of its issuance. The grant of the said licence strengthens the Company's operational capabilities in the electrical infrastructure segment and enables it to participate in and execute electrical installation projects in the State of Gujarat. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure - A.
